Territory Sales Manager Job

Job Description:

Rareminds is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur, Patna, or Guwahati. As a key account manager (KAM), you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in critical care and intensive care unit sales to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base. Your strong market knowledge of Jaipur, Patna, or Guwahati will enable you to understand customer needs and preferences, allowing you to tailor our sales approach to meet their specific requirements.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You should also possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and hold a degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets and grow revenue
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and communication
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospects in the territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences, pharmacy, business administration)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Jaipur, Patna, or Guwahati market
