Location: Bangalore, India
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing new business opportunities in assigned geographic markets or industries.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B technical sales experience in inter-connect solutions (connectors & cable assemblies) in distribution environments. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new customers for PEI-Genesis in defined geographic markets or industries.
- Generate new business by working with customer's purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop design-in opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers and work with available resources to assist customers and expand knowledge of product capabilities and solutions.
- Participate in annual budgeting process to develop territory budget for sales dollars, GP percentage, and expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a college or university preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in inter-connect solutions (connectors & cable assemblies) in distribution environments.
- Demonstrable consultative selling experience with success in closing deals into Military, Aero, Space, Oil & Gas, Electric Vehicles, Rail Mass Transit etc.

- A competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
