Job Description:

As a Territory Business Growth Specialist at DriveX, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in your assigned territory. You will develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive sales revenue and expand our presence in the market.
  2. Lead and Motivate Sales Teams: Foster a positive and productive work environment, provide coaching and training to ensure teams are equipped to meet sales targets, and recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  3. Analyze Market Trends and Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that may impact business growth, and develop strategies to address these factors.
