With a competitive compensation package, you will be earning approximately $60,000 - $90,000 per annum in this role.

Based in Bangalore, the job requires a degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA with 3-6 years of experience in channel sales related to power tools, electrical components, HVAC, etc.

The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record and market knowledge, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand.
  • Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support.
  • Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
  • Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
  • Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA.
  • 3-6 years of experience in channel sales related to power tools, electrical components, HVAC, etc.
  • Proven sales track record and market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
