Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with Bhanzu's vision and mission to drive business objectives forward.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client information in our CRM database.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert potential leads into customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using laptop-based software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
