Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing new business strategies, generating new leads, managing accounts, and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets.
A typical day for this role would include researching new business opportunities, attending client meetings, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Generate new leads and manage existing accounts to meet sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven track record in Account Management and Sales with a focus on business growth and development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹8,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plan.
