Job Title: Sales Operations Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Strategist to join Marlabs LLC. This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales operations strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, forecast revenue, and develop plans to achieve business goals.
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing sales processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. Implement and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Sales Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training programs and resources to equip the sales team with the skills and knowledge needed for success. Facilitate regular sales meetings and workshops to share best practices, review performance, and address challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred from a reputed institute
- At least 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
