Sales Operations Strategist

At NoBroker, we are expanding our sales operations team to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Strategist who can furnish customer-level insights for all past cancellations and identify best practices in the market to incorporate into the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quantifying feedback from canceled customers and identifying trends. They will also gather the best practices from different city/cluster teams to percolate throughout the sales vertical by doing regular meetings with city teams.
Additionally, the Customer Insights and Optimization Manager will analyze lost customers regularly and produce data-backed insights to help the core team on various initiatives. They will develop criteria to gauge customer satisfaction and share it at City/Cluster level.
We offer an estimated salary of ₹15,00,000 per annum for this role. Our ideal candidate should have proficient English and Hindi language skills, as well as intermediate Excel/google sheet knowledge.
