Your comprehensive approach will encompass developing and implementing sales operations processes and procedures, generating valuable insights through reports and dashboards, and maintaining CRM systems for accurate data capture and reporting.

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations role is required, preferably within the B2B or education sector. You'll possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau, as well as excellent business planning and strategic thinking capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

In this role, you'll develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce) and your ability to work in the education sector. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is necessary. Estimated salary: $80,000-$110,000 per year.
