About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon Ads as a Chief Sales Enablement Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to establish the vision for advertising servicing teams and prioritize programs that improve the servicing experience for advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Design and implement tools/workflows that empower sales team members, account management, and operations teams to deliver better value to advertisers.">
  • Work with world-wide teams to evaluate solutions and customize them for India business aimed at productivity/efficiency improvements.">
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in current processes, scope out requirements, and influence product and tech charter (IN & WW). Own GTM and adoption goals for solutions rolled out.">
  • Design and implement programs to improve effectiveness of Joint Business Planning processes with advertisers.">
  • Design and implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.">
  • Build and execute a knowledge management and sharing framework within the team to share best practices and case studies with an objective to drive learning.">
