Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
Azentio Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our GTM Operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our organization.

Azentio Software provides mission critical, vertical-specific software products for customers in banking, financial services and insurance verticals and includes key products such as KASTLE- (Universal Lending), AMLOCK- (Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance software suite), PREMIA- Astra (Core Insurance software), ORION- (Enterprise Resource Planning software) and MFUND Plus- (Asset Management platform).
Azentio has over 800 customers in more than 60 countries, with a team of over 2,300 employees across offices in 12 countries (and growing) globally and is wholly owned by Funds advised by Apax Partners.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to lead our sales operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing sales operations & enablement programs and leading or supporting sales transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize sales processes and workflows.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations / operations / cross-functional project management / sales performance ideally in the consulting, media, entertainment or other relevant industries.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Must be able to source/segment/analyse data to generate meaningful insights which can aid data driven decision making.
- Continuous process improvement approach.
- Stakeholder management skills, ability to interact with a variety of people (sales/ finance / ops teams);customer orientation.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Adaptability, autonomy, pragmatism and proactivity: ability to knock on the right doors to obtain answers, to be a force of proposal and to solve problems.
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
