Regional Sales Enablement Manager for AP SSG

At Lenovo, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Enablement Manager to join our AP SSG team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales enablement strategy and drive business growth in Asia-Pacific.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and sales performance across 13 markets in Asia-Pacific. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement strategies, providing close engagement with WW Commercial segment, Services & Solutions Group (SSG), and collaborating with extended teams and functions to ensure alignment and drive success.
Sales Enablement Strategy
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales enablement strategy that drives revenue growth and sales performance. This includes:
- Developing clear business objectives and ensuring sales hygiene guided by KPIs
- Strategizing and developing a comprehensive and aligned GTM to achieve revenue KPIs
- Last mile enablement for sales programs and initiatives in regional markets across Asia-Pacific, focusing on end-user sales motions
Portfolio Coverage
The Regional Sales Enablement Manager will cover all Services Upsell offerings, including Global Product Solutions, Sustainability, Digital Workplace Solutions, Software & Software-led Services, Hybrid Cloud, As-a-Service Solutions, and AI-powered Verticals.
Geography Coverage
This role will have geography coverage across 13 markets: Australia & New Zealand, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Collaboration Matrix
The Regional Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate with extended teams and functions, including WW SSG Enablement team, WW SSG Marketing team, AP ISO Global sales team, AP ISO Regional sales teams, AP ISO Marketing & Enablement team, AP ISO Segment team, AP SSG portfolio enablement team, AP SSG Global sales teams, and Corporate functions such as operations, finance.
Competencies Required
This role requires a blend of skills and competencies, including comprehensive expertise in market and competitive dynamics pertinent to assigned portfolio, knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio, in-depth knowledge and experience with assigned Portfolio GTM strategies, sales narrative competencies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills, and team management skills for hybrid and remote workforce.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you will also receive a benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
