Strategic Sales Enablement Lead for Growth

We are seeking a seasoned sales enablement professional to refine our sales methodologies, standardize analytics, organize training programs, and anchor GTM efforts for new products. This role is pivotal in enhancing sales productivity and increasing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Methodology: Research and refine Algonomy's sales methodology by analyzing various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Prompter, SPIN). Assess the adoption of the methodology at Algonomy and implement corrective actions to improve adoption rates.
- Analytics: Standardize and automate reports and dashboards for win-loss analysis, pipeline analysis, and sales reviews. Standardize templates and processes for sales reviews (e.g., regional reviews, executive reviews, CEO reviews, win-loss analysis).
- Training: Organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops. Onboard new sales team members. Research and recommend sales training programs and courses. Assess and document the training and development needs of the sales team. Create an online repository to access Sales enablement artifacts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven with a focus on analyzing sales data for actionable insights.
- Experience working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. Location: Bangalore.
