We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Learnwik. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales pipeline growth. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively manage client expectations and close deals.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation activities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and analyze sales pipeline performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize sales productivity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing, business administration).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a full-cycle sales environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- CMS/CRM experience preferred.
- Edtech experience preferred, with a strong background in lead generation.
