Job Description

At Styczne Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market research, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Generating project leads and obtaining tenders from clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Daily meetings with architects, interior designers, builders, and other industry professionals to identify new business opportunities
  • Scheduling meetings for management and researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated on industry trends
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Setting goals for the development team and ensuring they are met
Requirements:
  • English language proficiency
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for various tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
