Job Description
This role involves leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, build new business for the company, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Generation
The ideal candidate will have experience in generating qualified sales accepted leads and maintaining customer relationships.
2. Market Research and Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
3. CRM System Management
Proficiency in managing a CRM system is essential to track customer interactions and sales performance.
4. Social Media Presence
Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand the company's online presence and engage with potential clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience working with CRM systems.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in business development, is preferred.
