Sales Enablement Manager - Drive Global Sales Team Performance

Overview:

Azentio Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Manager to lead the performance and effectiveness of our global sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies, with expertise in developing and executing enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training programs to empower new and existing sales reps with the skills, product knowledge, and sales methodologies they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain sales content, presentations, case studies, and battle cards that support the sales process.
  • Manage sales tools and technologies to ensure the team has the right resources at the right time, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and maintain sales playbooks that provide clear guidance on how to engage with prospects, overcome objections, and close deals successfully.
  • Track the success of enablement initiatives, using data to optimize training programs, sales resources, and performance continually.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales enablement platforms).
Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year.
