About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Lead to drive the performance and effectiveness of our global sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, managing sales tools and technologies, and designing sales playbooks.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training programs to empower new and existing sales reps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain sales content and tools.
  • Manage sales tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and maintain sales playbooks to guide sales teams on engagement, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • Analyze data to optimize training programs, sales resources, and performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technologies.
Estimated Salary:

$100,000 - $150,000 per year.
