Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls. This role will be responsible for setting up a complete pre and post sales infrastructure, developing the market for JCI products, and working closely with the global product development team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-sales strategy to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as MEP consultants and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows and customer workshops.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure they have the necessary training and support to sell JCI products effectively.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in pre and post sales for HVAC products such as Valves, Actuators, Sensors, FCU, and BMS.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
