Customer Experience and Pre-Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls. This role will be responsible for setting up a complete pre and post sales infrastructure, developing the market for JCI products, and working closely with the global product development team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-sales strategy to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as MEP consultants and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows and customer workshops.
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure they have the necessary training and support to sell JCI products effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in pre and post sales for HVAC products such as Valves, Actuators, Sensors, FCU, and BMS.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
