Sales Manager Role at Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, managing pre-sales activities, converting leads into sales, maintaining post-sales engagement with customers, and overseeing team management. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to develop and execute lead generation strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, and build strong relationships with prospects and clients.

This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills. You should have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, as well as experience in B2C sales with EdTech being preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets, develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels, and maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team, engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and ensure enhanced customer experience.
  • Conversion: Conduct customer interviews, follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, build strong relationships with prospects, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Post-Sales Engagement: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the customer success team, follow up with clients post-purchase, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff members, delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with some sort of leadership position in an association, college clubs, etc.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Sales or relevant role.
  • Experience in B2C sale with EdTech will be preferable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ambitious, Adaptive, Proactive.
