We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our customer care department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer care representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective processes to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
