Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers
  • FOLLOWING existing processes and implementing sales systems
  • Managing client relationships and data entry into CRM systems
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest sales strategies and implementing feedback
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as part of a team with a daring vision
  • Delivering exceptional value to our customers

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English required)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite & Sales Tools
  • Growth mindset and leadership skills

Compensation:

  • Better than industry standards (base salary + incentives) - estimated at ₹6 lakhs per annum
