Enterprise Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth and revenue for our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential customers, and meeting sales quotas.
About the RoleThe Enterprise Business Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Qualifying leads from self-research, marketing campaigns, and events as sales opportunities;
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails;
- Presentation of our company to potential clients;
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients;
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market;
- Scheduling meetings and/or calls with prospective clients;
- Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity metrics;
- Staying up-to-date with our technology service offerings;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-6 years of work experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, and business development for India Geo;
- Strong experience in IT Consulting and Services Industry;
- Good experience selling IT Consulting and Services to Manufacturing Industries;
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls;
- Track record of achieving sales activity and revenue goals;
- Experience with CRM and sales execution platforms;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual in Hindi and English is a must;
- BS in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required.
