Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth and revenue for our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential customers, and meeting sales quotas.

About the Role

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying leads from self-research, marketing campaigns, and events as sales opportunities;
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails;
  • Presentation of our company to potential clients;
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients;
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market;
  • Scheduling meetings and/or calls with prospective clients;
  • Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity metrics;
  • Staying up-to-date with our technology service offerings;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-6 years of work experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, and business development for India Geo;
  • Strong experience in IT Consulting and Services Industry;
  • Good experience selling IT Consulting and Services to Manufacturing Industries;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls;
  • Track record of achieving sales activity and revenue goals;
  • Experience with CRM and sales execution platforms;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingual in Hindi and English is a must;
  • BS in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required.
