Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at OptiSol Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- To generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in North America and the UK
- To update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM or Excel sheets
- To fix appointments with decision-making authorities and conduct research on target clients
- To identify opportunities for new business development and maintain all records on HubSpot CRM
- To consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
