Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Staffigo, a leading provider of innovative IT and AI solutions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a dynamic sales environment, driving business growth and expanding our client base. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform outbound cold calls to B2B clients in the IT sector, targeting 100-150 calls per day.
- Generate and manage new leads, setting meetings with prospective clients and driving the entire sales process from initial contact through to closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across all levels, contributing to the expansion of our client base and maintaining business performance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven sales track record.
