About the Client:
A leading player in the heavy machinery industry is looking to expand its sales team with a talented Business Development Representative. The company prides itself on innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through effective communication and product knowledge
- Managing customer relationships to drive sales
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of inside sales or telesales experience in a product-based company
- Experience in B2B sales within the heavy equipment/machinery industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak Tamil
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and customer data
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
