We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in India.

About the Role

  • Direct sales and marketing initiatives at the Chennai region for WIDMA Products.
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies for the assigned region.
  • Manage monthly order books, sales, and business development for WIDMA products.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure timely quotation submissions and customer interface.
  • Leverage technical and commercial expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in capital machinery sales, preferably in the machine tool field.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong market analysis skills and ability to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent reporting and analytics skills, with ability to provide data-driven insights.
  • Compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
