Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with students and industry experts, aligning yourself with our organization's goals, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and the ability to present themselves confidently. Additionally, they should have experience in sales roles, preferably in banks or NBFCs, and have knowledge of insurance or credit card sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of Qspider, interacting with students and industry experts.
  • Participate in evolving IT industry course curriculum discussions with students.
  • Act as a catalyst for every student in building their career path.
  • FOLLOW A SET OF GUIDELINES DEFINED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO SHAPE UP OR UPPSKILL THE STUDENTS WHO WANT TO BUILD THEIR CAREER IN THE IT INDUSTRY.
  • Align self towards the goal of the organization and build strategies around it to ensure the growth of the organization.
  • Engage students with marketing collaterals.
  • Be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the entire branch.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Listening skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Should be presentable.
  • Graduation: MBA Marketing / Finance / BA/BBA/BBM/BCom/MA.
  • Should have experience as Sales role in the Banks or NBFCs.
  • Should have had experience in Insurance or CC sales.
  • Gender Preference: Female (only).
  • Work time: 9 hrs.
