Regional Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Representative to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. as an Enterprise Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.
About the Role:
- Deliver sales revenue of over 50 lacs per annum in the given territory
- List potential customers through digital and non-digital channels
- Lead generation through a structured process
- Capture opportunities in CRM to create a predictable sales funnel
- Engage with opportunities to win orders through a compelling value proposition
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to develop referrals
- Appoint distributors/DSAs as needed

- Planning and forecasting skills
- Able to identify potential customers
- Presentation and communication skills
