Business Development Representative for DeFi Growth

At Jax, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive our growth in the DeFi space. This role is critical in helping us expand our reach and establish ourselves as a leading player in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
About Us:
Jax is a cutting-edge DeFi platform that offers returns between 24% p.a. to 60% p.a. by deploying liquidity into crypto peer-to-peer arbitrage trading. Our mission is to become the top liquidity provider for crypto P2P arbitrage traders and generate amazing returns for our investors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Prior experience in selling insurance, banking, or mutual funds is a significant bonus
- Familiarity with CRMs is preferred; please specify which CRMs you have used
- Tech-savvy and aware of the latest products in the market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
