Business Development Representative for Revenue Growth

We are TerraGiG, a dynamic company seeking a talented Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and sales objectives.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database
- Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Delivering effective online demos to prospects
Requirements and Skills
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
