I'M SAFE APP is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead partnership development and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales outreach strategies, including email campaigns, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Building a pipeline of top accounts, focusing on key verticals and decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to establish sales goals, templates, and tools.
  • Tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with quarterly targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms.
  • Passionate about creating an impact and working in a collaborative team environment.
