About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Neilsoft. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, and service agreements.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to regional sales manager.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Chemical or Civil or Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in the software or technology industry with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information and sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
