Business Development Representative for Chennai Chess Club

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team at the Chennai Chess Club.
About Us:Chennai Chess Club is a rapidly growing chess club offering services like online chess coaching, corporate tournaments, and casual meetups. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Engage with potential leads through social media platforms, convert them into customers, and build long-term relationships.
- Customer Engagement: Coordinate between prospective clients and our chess coaching team to arrange and facilitate trial classes.
- Service Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations on the most suitable coaching services based on customer needs and internal assessments.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver daily reports on inquiry status and conversion metrics to management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Telcoalling Skills: Proficiency in telecalling with a focus on converting leads into customers.
- B2C Conversion Abilities: Strong ability to close deals and achieve conversion targets.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month plus performance-based bonuses.
- Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week (work from office).
- Location: Chennai.
