We're seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled sales professional who can drive business growth through lead generation, relationship-building, and negotiation. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for performing cold calls, generating new leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume cold calls to target B2B clients in the IT sector
- Generate and manage new leads, setting meetings with prospective clients
- Drive the entire business development process from initial contact through to closure
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across all levels
- Contribute to client base expansion and maintain business performance standards
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates with strong sales skills, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is required. Comfortable working night shifts is a must.
