Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at GrowSmart. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive lead generation for account executives and sales managers by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities by consistently delivering results-driven performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field to provide a solid foundation in sales principles and practices.
- At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in sales development, where you have honed your skills in prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
