Business Growth Strategist

Pioneer Xenergy Pvt. Ltd is seeking an exceptional Business Growth Strategist to lead the expansion of our Renewable Energy business by 5 times in the next 3 years and 10 times in the next 5 years, while increasing profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing a business for a period of 7+ years, spearheading operations of a growing business for a similar duration, and drastically scaling a business/operation. Strong leadership skills, ability to develop and implement systems and processes, and flair for strategy are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Grow business revenue by 5 times in 3 years and 10 times in 5 years while increasing profitability.
- Scale operations to support 5X/10X growth in 3/5 years, increasing profitability.
- Manage P&L of the company on a day-to-day basis.
- Achieve operational excellence and effectiveness through on-time delivery of turbines and RE projects, lean management, cost reduction, minimum downtime, and continuous improvement.
- Develop new business models and identify new markets for growth.
- Implement systems and processes to achieve operational excellence in all facets of the business.
- Manage day-to-day sales, operations, and working capital of existing businesses manufacturing, execution of projects, and O&M services.
- Reduce costs of products, projects, and services year-over-year.
- Identify and develop infrastructure (acquire land and evacuation approvals) for RE projects across states to support 5X growth.
- Develop a network of business partners to sell RE projects based on the P57 and P750 products pan-India.
- Develop export markets and create a global brand for the P57 and P750.
- Develop operational ability for a multiband O&M business.
- Develop new products (trackers, large-scale turbines) and services to achieve planned growth.
- Requirements:
- Must have headed and grown a business for a period of 7+ years.
- Must have spearheaded the operations of a growing business for a period of 7+ years.
- Must have a track record of drastically scaling a business/operation.
- Strong business leadership skills, with a track record of strong people management and building and developing teams.
- Strong in developing and implementing systems and processes.
- Strong business acumen.
- Flair for strategy, with the ability to identify markets and business models to realize rapid growth.
- Background in managing complex operations and working capital management in a high-growth environment.
- Risk management – ability to manage in a highly uncertain environment.
- Quality management – track record of achieving world-class quality.
- Good science and engineering fundamentals.
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
