Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, attending to qualified leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.

You will work closely with our Presales team to generate hot leads and then attend to these leads by meeting clients, presenting tailored options, and educating them on property investment and available incentives.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and an above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.

  • Develop rapport with clients, understand their goals and vision for the future, and educate them on property investment and available incentives.">
  • Represent the Nobroker brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients.">
  • Seek referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.">
  • Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties.">
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end sales progress (generating leads - closure).">
  • Work closely with the Presales team to generate hot leads.">
  • Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up communication to foster long-term relationships both pre- and post-sales.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.

• In-depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.

• Positive attitude towards doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing sales.

• Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.

• Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

• High levels of passion and ownership.

• Any Graduation / MBA degree.
