JobDescription1) Developing and managingrelationships with channel partners to drive sales andrevenue.2) Identify and onboard new partnersprovide training and support and manage the performance of existingpartners3) Monitor industry trends and stayuptodate on competitors and marketconditions4) Measure and report on theperformance of channel partners using keymetrics5) Identify and resolve conflicts andchallenges within the partners6) Constantlyupdate partners on the product and offer timelysolutions7) Driving the team on AssignedTargets and Productivity8) Create strategicchannels to meet the attachment targets9)Aid the Region Head on compliance in CAT Acities
RequirementsStrong team management skills are required especially to deal withless educated entrepreneurial driverpartnersEnglish & Hindi Knowledge is a must; local vernacularlanguage preferred in regions Candidateshould demonstrate the ability to work in a fastpaced hypernormalgrowth environment Experience in handlinghighvolume transactions & largeteamsStrong analytical skills andorientation to understanding numbers StrongRelationship & People ManagementSkillsPassion for exploring in a chaoticstartup environment with a Strong entrepreneurialmindset. Excellent communication skillsAbility to multitask and deal withmuftistakeholders Handled a highlytargetdriven sales force / Leadership teamManaged a closelyknit community of influences (e.g. ChannelPartners / Agents / Drivers/ etc.) ManagedPnL and growth of differentverticals/organizations
