Overview: As aSales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the salesstrategy and revenue growth of the organization. You will beresponsible for leading and motivating the sales team implementingeffective sales strategies and ensuring customersatisfaction.KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the sales team to driveperformance and exceed targets

  • Negotiate and close majordeals while maintaining a strong salespipeline
  • Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to provide valuableinsights
  • Collaborate with marketing teams todevelop compelling sales materials andcampaigns
  • Utilize CRM software to track analyzeand report on sales performance
  • Ensureexceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the salesprocess
  • Conduct performance reviews and provideongoing training and coaching to the salesteam
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts andbudgets
  • Participate in industry eventsconferences and networking opportunities
  • Stayupdated on industry best practices and changes in the saleslandscape
  • Manage key customer accounts andrelationships
  • Resolve escalated customer issuesand complaints
  • Effectively communicate thevalue proposition of the products andservices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or related field; Masters degreeis a plus
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manageror in a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated successin leading and managing a highperforming salesteam
  • Strong understanding of sales principlesand customer service practices
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto analyze sales data and generate meaningfulreports
  • Proficiency in CRM software and salesmanagement tools
  • Proven track record of meetingor exceeding sales targets
  • Excellentnegotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Strategicthinking and ability to develop effective salesplans
