Job Description Responsibilities 1. Leading team of ASMs / TSMs in the assigned Region toplan review guide handhold to achieve business goals.2. Identify plan and develop new customers in line withbusiness development plans/targets. 2.Provide appropriate and agreed levels of contact service andsupport to ensure sales targets are met. 3.Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensurethey are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions areidentified reported and implemented. 4.Plans own visit schedule in line with agreed customer servicelevels for that customer segment. 5.Collects reports and analyzes the customer feedback / informationon present as well as future market trends in the context ofpossible further market penetration. 6.Identifies targets and implements the approved sales strategies inthe assigned marketplace. 7. Plans executesand reports on the sales activities in the assigned salesarea. 8. Has expert knowledge on thefeatures and benefits of available products/services. PrimaryResponsibilities
  • Sales analysis of region/territory (market actorscompetition)
  • Achievement of volume GrossMargin and channel targets
  • Control of keysales accounts of assigned region/territory
  • Management of Sales team (Sales call methods trainingproductivity IT Tools)
  • Centralization of fieldinformation
  • Build and implement the necessaryaction plans to increase the professionalism of the customersbusiness.
  • Manage the flow of communicationbetween staff (field and region/central)
  • Monitoring and productivity optimization of theteam
  • Facilitation assessment and training ofthe team
  • Performance Measurement
  • AOP (Volume Gross Margin and Channel activation &expansion)
