Key Purpose ofthe Job


Responsible for thedevelopment and performance of all marketing /sales activities inassigned Territory / Region.
Experience in distributionis mandatory
Develop & build an effective dealernetwork for sales in the aftermarket in the assigned Territory /Region.
Developing sales strategies and settingtargets
Manage / Ensure accurate records of all pricingssales and activity reports.
Monitor / track closely thecompetitors activity their share and strategy in the market andtake proactive steps to increase sales.
Establish andmanage effective programs to coach appraise and train salespersonnel.
Ensure all sales executives meet or exceedall activates standards for prospecting calls appointmentspresentations proposals and closes the cycle
Monitoringteams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies procedures andbusiness ethics codes.
To ensure that quality assuranceprocedures are implemented and documents are updated for thecontinuation of ISO 9001 certification
To developinnovative sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale ofthe product as well as establishing the image of thecompany
Achieving the sales target in the assignedterritory
