The ASM is a crucial role within ourorganisation responsible for driving sales and contributing to thecompanys bottom line. This role plays a key part in identifyingpotential clients streamlining sales (both primary and secondary)and maintaining customer relationships to meet and exceed salestargets.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identifying andappointing new distributors in the assignedareas/districts.
  • Creating and implementingeffective sales strategies.
  • Meeting andexceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiating andclosing sales deals.
  • Building and maintainingstrong longlasting customerrelationships.
  • Providing excellent customerservice and addressing customer inquiries andconcerns.
  • Preparing sales reports andforecasts.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts andmaintaining accuratedocumentation.
  • Participating in sales meetingsand training sessions.
  • Contributing to thecontinuous improvement of the salesprocess.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Prior experience in sales or a similarrole preferably snacks and beverages (FMCG)industry
  • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Excellent understandingof sales principles and customer servicepractices.
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
  • Exceptional time management andorganizational skills.
  • Knowledge of marketresearch techniques and databases.
  • Ability totravel asneeded.
