Responsibility for sales tothe Indian market
Sales realization profit & lossresponsibility for the distribution network.
Establishsales strategy goals and implement follow up on action plans forsuccessful growth
Grow business in defined product andcustomer segments
Build strong and longlasting relationswith customers
Increase market share in India at theright profit level
Regular reporting and coordination ofsales meetings
Provide budget plus forecast booking andbilling reporting for the implementation of strategic sales andproduct planning
Selfdriven and stronginterpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop businessrelationships.
At least 78 years of experience in Salespreferably mixed with Technical sales combined at Management level.Process Instrumentation sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record for working with multinational companies andsuccessfully closing business deals.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The ability toefficiently communicate in English and experience with MS Officeand ERP is essential.
Ability to simultaneously manageseveral projects and motivate teams under tightdeadlines.
Knowledge of effective Channel salestechniques.
Willing and able to travel withinIndia
Education
University degree in B Tech Instrumentation/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering & optional BusinessAdministration or similar.
