SSMSSoftware Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a leading education consultancy firmdedicated to helping students achieve their academic and careergoals. We provide comprehensive admission counseling services toassist students in gaining admission to top universities andcolleges in PanIndia.
Weare looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Executiveto join our admissions counseling team. The primary responsibilityof this role is to engage with prospective students and theirfamilies understand their educational aspirations and offerpersonalized counseling services to guide them through theadmissions process. This position involves extensive fieldwork andrequires strong interpersonal skills persuasive abilities and agenuine passion for helping studentssucceed.Responsibilities:
Conductregular visits to high schools colleges and educational events topromote our admission counselingservices.Build and maintain relationshipswith school administrators counselors and other stakeholders togenerate referrals and leads.Engage withprospective students and their families to understand theiracademic background career goals andpreferences.Provide detailed informationabout admission requirements application procedures and academicprograms offered by partner universities andcolleges.Coordinate with internal teams andexternal partners to ensure seamless delivery of counselingservices and support throughout the admissionsprocess.Keep abreast of developments in theeducation sector including changes in admission criteriascholarship opportunities and study abroadprograms.Maintain accurate records ofstudent interactions inquiries and admissions outcomes using CRMsoftware or other tracking tools.Achievemonthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads intoenrolledstudents.
Requirements:Bachelorsdegree in Education Counseling or a related field(preferred).Experience required : 25 Yearsin the Education sector or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales orcounseling roles preferably in the educationsector.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withstudents and parents from diversebackgrounds.Strong presentation andnegotiation skills with the ability to articulate complexinformation in a clear and compellingmanner.Knowledge of internal educationsystems admission procedures.Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and targetdrivenenvironment.Willingness to travelextensively within the assignedterritory.Benefits:
