About theaccount:

This leading technologyplatform offers a Premier Onboarding Call for its advisory boardmembers where the Sales Development Representative builds rapportby doing research to understand the members background andobjectives.

The Sales DevelopmentRepresentative will use the product and program knowledge learnedduring training to answer all questions to ensure the memberunderstands the value of the platform. As part of the Onboardingteam this position plays a pivotal role in the first impression andinitial training for new advisors and company members and sets thetone for the program expectations.

Essential duties andresponsibilities:

To perform thisposition successfully an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.

  • Complete 45minute long Onboarding calls asscheduled with our advisory members as scheduled on yourcalendar.
  • Actively engage and translate memberbackground and growth goals into the proprietary systems tosuccessfully onboard the new members
  • Promoteupsell opportunities to the member to encourage retention andincreased revenue
  • Manage a calendar of membersto onboard ensuring a successful and timely completion of theonboarding process and assist members with theirneeds
  • Follow the scripts provided and takesufcient notes track and maintain accurate member records andensure key onboarding milestones are met using theCRM
  • Quickly identify potential issues andescalate them appropriately to ensure the best possible experiencefor members
  • Ensure a smooth transition beforeand after onboarding
  • Attend training and teammeetings when required
  • Other duties and specialprojects as assigned

Education experience andtraining:

  • High SchoolGraduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (newcurriculum)
  • At least 1 year of recent salesexperience in a BPO company
  • B2C & B2Bexperience needed
  • Preferred experience workingin a SaaS (Software as a service)environment)
  • Strong computer skills thatinclude database management web searches and email (i.e. SalesforceGSuite RingCentral Mac/PC procient).

Desired knowledge skills andabilities:

  • Basicbusiness acumen to assist in answering product and engagementrelated questions from advisors
  • Ability toprovide excellent customer service while engaging members ofdiverse background over the phone oremail
  • Possess excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Good understanding of B2Cand B2B customer engagement
  • Ability to workindependently and within a team environmentsuccessfully
  • Possess interpersonal skills inorder to build effective internal and external relationships withall level of professionals to maximize companyimpact
  • Address issues with a solutionorientedapproach in a timely and respectfulmanner
  • Demonstrated ability to effectivelycomplete day to day tasks in an efcient and promptmanner
  • Selfdirected and efcient with resourcesand time as well as persistent and dependable in meetingdeadlines
  • Professional courteous and responsivecustomer service and phone skills
  • Willing towork onsite
  • Willing to work fulltime nightshift
