- 1.Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately tomake sales
- 2. Maintaining and developingrelationships with existing customers in person viacalls
- and mails
- 3. Coldcalling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospectfor new
- business
- 4.Responding to incoming mails and phonequeries
- 5. Acting as a contact between acompany and its existing and potentialmarkets
- 6. Negotiating the terms of agreementand closing sales
- 7. Gathering market andcustomer information
- 8. Representing theorganization at trade exhibitions events anddemonstrations
- 9. Negotiating on price costsdelivery and specifications with buyers andmanagers
- 10. Advising on forthcoming productdevelopments and discussing specialpromotions
- 11. Creating detailed proposaldocuments
- 12. Liaising with suppliers to checkthe progress of existing orders
- 13. Checkingquantities of goods on display in stock
- 14.Recording sales and order information and sending copies to thesales office or
- entering into a computersystem
- 15. Reviewing your own sales performanceaiming to meet or exceed targets
- 16. Makingaccurate rapid cost calculations and providing customers withquotations
- 17. Attending team meetings andsharing best practices with them
- EducationalQualification:
- Bachelor in EngineeringBusiness Administration or Tech.
- Master ofBusiness Administration inSales
