Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Executive in the staffing sector, you'll play a key role in boosting the company's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This role is crucial for the organization as it directly impacts revenue generation and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans

  • Offer timely and precise sales forecasts and reports

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the staffing sector

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry is highly desirable

  • Capability to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Outstanding networking and prospecting abilities
  • Understanding of market analysis and business development principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
