  • Negotiate and finalizecontracts
  • Generate leads and cold callprospective clients
  • Collaborate with themarketing team to create targeted outreachcampaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate salesforecasts and reports
  • Attend industry eventsand conferences to expand the companysnetwork
  • Conduct presentations and productdemonstrations to potential clients
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain adeep understanding of the staffingindustry
  • Contribute to the development ofpricing strategies
  • Participate in thedevelopment of new project proposals
  • Meet andexceed sales targets andKPIs
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
  • Proventrack record in sales and businessdevelopment
  • Experience in the staffing industryis highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation andcommunication skills
  • Ability to build andmaintain client relationships
  • Excellentnetworking and prospectingabilities
  • Understanding of market analysis andbusiness development principles
  • Proficiency inCRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
  • Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills

  • Ability to travel as needed for clientmeetings and industry events
