JobDescription We are looking fora resilient empathic business development executive to contributeto the growth of our company. Business development executives areresponsible for finding and retaining clients encouraging extantclients to purchase added products or features and remainingabreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required tobuild capacity in staff through regular training andmentorship.To be successful as a businessdevelopment executive you should attend networking events with theintention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately anoutstanding business development executive will keep a close eye onclients feedback to ensure that our products and services alwaysexceed expectations.Business Development ExecutiveResponsibilitiesFamiliarizing yourself with all products andservices offered by our company.Procuringnew clients through direct contact wordofmouth and collaborationwith the marketing department.Attendingnetworking activities to research and connect with prospectiveclients.Maintaining meaningful relationshipswith existing clients to ensure that they areretained.Suggesting upgrades or addedproducts and services that may be of interest toclients.Crafting business proposals andcontracts to draw in more revenue fromclients.Negotiating with clients to securethe most attractive prices.Equipping staffwith the technical and social skills needed to enhancesales.Reviewing clients feedback andimplementing necessary changes.Remaining intune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remainrelevant.Education/Experience Business Development ExecutiveRequirements:Degree in marketing businessadministration or similar.Extensive salesexperience.Intuitive and insightfulparticularly regarding humanbehavior.Ability to generate revenue byidentifying pain points and suggesting suitable products orservices.Professional yet affabledisposition.Neat wellgroomedappearance.Great networkingskills.Excellent written and verbalcommunication.Resourceful with outstandingresearch skills.Emboldened bychallenges.Qualification: AnygraduateExperience: 01 years (in sales& client servicing)Working Days: 6days (Monday to Saturday)
